FANTINA DESIGN Women’s Fashion – Exchange Policy

1. Exchange for Different Sizes, Styles, or Designs

(Not applicable to SALE items or Custom-Made Orders)

We offer exchanges for all full-priced items if the customer wishes to change the size or style (subject to product availability at FANTINA DESIGN). We only accept exchanges for items that remain in their original condition and have not been used or worn. Specifically, products must:

• Be clean and free from stains, scratches, damages, or unusual odors

• Show no signs of wear or use

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• You are responsible for the return shipping fee to the following address:

• We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item back to you.

Style/Design Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your order.

• You are responsible for the return shipping fee and an additional fee of 40,000 VND for the new item, plus any price difference if applicable.

• Currently, we offer one-time style exchanges only, and only for items of equal or higher value.

Once we receive your returned item, our staff will contact you promptly to process your exchange.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

(This does not apply to size or style dissatisfaction as mentioned above)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Inspect the product and take clear photos of the defect.

Step 3: Notify us within 1 day of receiving your order.

Once we confirm the defect, we will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping and handling.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns for refunds. We only process exchanges for replacement products.
